Beauty and the Beast Animated Book

This animated book was commissioned by Three Towns Theatre Company to use within their amateur production and projected on to a professionally crafted book (4' x 6' in size), of which is available for hire.  Further details can be found by visiting their site at http://www.threetownstheatrecompany.co.uk.  Please note that the use of  Disney's Beauty and the Beast logo (copyright of Disney) can only be used if first agreed by purchase of the logo rights which can be obtained by contacting the company you have gained rights to to perform the show from.

This wonderfully animated book tells the story of "Beauty and the Beast" through turning pages showing the prince turning into a beast and the beautiful rose that slowly dies as the petals fall, leading to the finale when the rose comes back to life in all its vibrant glory.  Although many hours of development and work have gone into producing this animated book, we have the pleasure of offering you the chance to use the animations in your own production for only £25.

To control the animation sequences and turning of the pages you will need to click on the animation below and then press the space bar each time you are ready to view the next sequence. Remember to wait a minute until either an animated sequence has finished or after a page has turned. You will find below the animated book a breakdown of the sequences for your reference.

  1. Opening sequence - Title with twinkling stars on a continueous loop (ideal for when your audience are arriving)
  2. Rose Petals Fall - Title with twinkling starts, rose petals falling to book opening with 'Once Upon A Time...' (animated page)
  3. Prince to Beast - Page turns to show the prince turning into a beast (animated page)
  4. Rose Full Bloom - Page turns to show the enchanted rose in full bloom (static page)
  5. Maurice Lost In The Forest - Page turns to show the forest with the castle in the background (static page)
  6. One Fallen Petal - Page turns to show one fallen petal (static page)
  7. Stain Glass Windows - Page turns to show stain glass windows from within the castle (static page)
  8. Two Fallen Petals - Page turns to show two fallen petals (static page)
  9. Three Fallen Petals - Page turns to show three fallen petals (static page)
  10. Fourth Petal Falls - Page turns to show fourth petal falling (animated page)
  11. Cabinet With Dishes - Page turns to show open cabinet with dishes (animated page)
  12. Five Fallen Petals - Page turns to show five fallen petals (static page)
  13. Sixth Petal Falls - Page turns to show sixth petal falling (animated page)
  14. Book Closes - Book closes to show front cover (ideal during the interval)
  15. Book Opens - Book opens to show forest with castle in the background (static page)
  16. Three Petals Remaining - Page turns to show the majority of petals falling with only three remaining (static page)
